It's was Good now its Okay -
When I first signed up, I was pleased with there performance and attention to my son and his homework assignments. Now two and half years later I am planning on removing him from this program. There is no consistency or proper follow up. Currently I am trying to get in touch with ANY staff from the there Brooklyn program to answer my questions and provide appropriate information but no response or working number. This is a shame!
I work full-time and a single parent when I arrive at home at 8PM after a long commute - I find myself having to RE-DO homework assignments because the answers are wrong or sloppy. There is a lack of professionally trained staffing and consistency as noted by another honest parent who reviewed.
JEI had potential but they are not investing it into there program or staffing. I hope JEI re-evaluates there operating procedures and create a better standard as advertised and published.
