        Warning: STEER CLEAR OF THIS AGENCY unless you're are super desperate , they make mistakes on paychecks and when you tell them they won't fix it unless you call everyday for weeks , horrible horrible agency and very unprofessional don't believe the positive reviews are mostly lies and probably friends of family members of this agency or the workers themselves

        the most disorganized place. Her coordinator went on vacation for 2 weeks. My mother was just started on a new schedule. Two of the aides could not come so I was literally on the phone everyday and couple times a day. I already spoke to Cindy, Leny and now lana. Each coordinator I speak to, they said that they don't know the case and we cannot find anyone which is a lie, because they never contact the available aides. I requested the supervisor but they never connected me to her/him. It is very stressful and unfair. I am considering changing the agency because of their negligence.
