Nurse came to do an assessment on my mother late in the day. She caught an attitude when my mom questioned having to sign an incomplete form. The nurse made generalized statements about the poor eating habits of Latino people. When my mother tried to share information about her medicine, she seemed very dismissive. She barely stayed half an hour. Given that this was the first time meeting my mom, I anticipated that she would be more attentive. She was not. Very disappointing interaction, Ms. RN.

horrible and unprofessional staff. If could I will give them zero star, 1 star to much for this agency. When I came to the office I asked how I can apply to sertificate. The old woman(staff) who was sitting in front of the desk gave me some stupid questions about animals in jungle, geography, nature and math exercises in Russian in order to take permission for free homeattand's certificate. I have to knowledge about animal's life, about rivers and trigonometry to work with clients as homeattandant. I never seen like this rude person in the home agencies. The "knowledgeable" and "polite" staff checked the answer from her ready with answers list and compared with my. Even I graduated Russian high school, staff found some mistakes from my papers. She said that I did some mistakes in geography and nature tests and have to correct my mistakes or I can't apply for sertificate. I corrected and she found again 3 mistakes after 1 mistakes.It was speechless..I understood that this staff loves to insult the people who hiring to this agency. I was very angry and left this office.
