        This agency is by far the worst agency ever. There is no respect for the aids, you can't get in touch with anyone. Communicating with anyone is nearly impossible, calls get transfered from one person to the next and no one seems to know how to help the client. As an employee my hours are being withheld and payments are not made on time. I have a family member in this agency and we can't get a hold of the case manager. I will be removing the patient from this agency.
