Always an issue - I try to go there cause its near my home.  I went to pick up prescription here and the pharmacist said my health insurance didn't cover my medication.  I informed the girl in the front they must be reading the old health insurance and the new one should be there - still the pharmist got in and spoke to me only in spanish and I said we must have some kind of miss communication please speak to me in english. They refused to hear what I had to say and told me to call my health insurance - I called my doctor told him to please forward my prescription to CVS and with no problem, I went and picked up my medication. Sometimes people are so hardheaded into themselves they don't hear what anybody is really saying. If they stop being lazy and scrolled to the bottom they would've found my current Ins information.
