Walgreens - Closed

Where does one begin. Clearly corporate don’t care cause it’s a 1.5 stars it’s like customers yelling at the top of there voices help!! HELP!!!unprofessional unethical uncaring people work here help us we spend our card earn money only to be insulted by poor management like JOEL who thinks insulting customers intelligence is the way to go . Listen I know it’s right off the train but a quick walk to target or on the weekend head to Walgreen in marine park cause this right here is bad. CORPORATE office u need to do better idk if u watch the news lately but minority communities have power despite what Your wealth and arrogance would have you believe

Called this morning, put me on hold for 15 mins then told me they are busy and I should call back around 2:00 pm. Called at 2:00 pm, put me on hold for another 30 mins and no one ever pick up the phone

Horrible experience at this location from management. The manager was very impatient when I asked assistance with couple merchandise that were locked and he was unwilling to provide help with an online pick up issue. His response was “ can’t help you, I don’t want to waste my time or your time!” I’ve been at different locations and by far this location was the worst retail experience that I’ve encountered. Especially since I waited patiently for over 20mins for the manager and to be treat like such.

usually i dont ask for help and try to find my way around but this time i do need to know the item in which aisle, and what a disappointment he just walked away.
