great rite aid. cashiers and other employees are very friendly and helpful. they also improved on the empty shelves issue. its sad that toothpaste and ice cream is getting locked up but it is what it is. This store has the best employees hands down

Worst pharmacy in Brooklyn, NY. I have complained and received no response. Why is this place even opened. Why isnt something done? Does the manager or owner not Care?

Google Maps says open 24 hours. Sign says closes at midnight. Security guard locked door at 11:50pm and refused to let six customers in who were waiting outside.

I been shopping in this Rite Aid ever since it took over from the Funeral Home that used to be there, and yes like a handful of the old reviews this store has had its challenges, as do most businesses. Saying that I also must add that in the last couple years and the 10 months really this Rite Aid has really taking customer service to another level. I have asked for things that is usually out of stock or is always sold out before I can get to the store and as long as there is communication it gets handled on way or another. Im a little open minded and I know in THIS day and age running a brick and mortar business is like trying to split and atom and thats with ALL aspects of running said business, from theft, employees, rude customers to just plain handling the vendors the Rite Aid in store employees have to wear many hats and as well know that not easy to do! So thats what Ive given 5 stars because I have seen with my own 2 eyes how hard Rite Aid has been working to fix any and all complains/situations/problems that have plagued them in the past.
