        Was calling the pharmacy to get the prescription status as a prescribing provider. Was on hold for more than 1 hour, once reached 30 minutes mark they hung up on me twice. Worst customer service ever in my experience.

        45 MIN - 1 HOUR WAIT! SLOW, LONG LINES AT PHARMACY I arrived at 2 pm and there were 9 people ahead of me. It took 45 minutes for me to reach the pharmacists window! Meanwhile the line behind me stretched back to near the front of the store with over 20 people in line throughout! I took a picture of the line and posted it here. I dont know if its the slowness of the pharmacists or the unwillingness of the manager to hire more pharmacists, but this is a ridiculous situation that is frankly disrespectful to customers, esp the elders who have to stand for so long! And dont bother calling the pharmacy or management at this location. They will let the phone ring forever without answering it.
