I went with my father to this branch to withdraw some money. He couldnt find his ATM card so he went to the teller for assistance. He provided his account #, driver ID, US passport, SS# and other forms of IDs but yet they wont allow him to withdraw. The teller was very rude and unprofessional to my father. She said the system wont allow and they cannot do anything about it. She also said the manager cannot override because everybody have family to feed and he can get fired if make an mistake in override. ( what a pathetic exercise). I gave 2 stars was only because the manager and the banker was able to assist with getting getting a replacement ATM card, to be mailed in 7 business days. I think the Chase policy is so stupid because other banks will ask you to visit and bring ID to local branch to unlock account due to security concern. Chase is the opposite, having all forms of Id will not work and you must have the ATM card to withdraw or do anything. He cannot even close this chase account without the stupid ATM card. Their thinking is up side down and no wonder their is so much fraud and scam with Chase accounts.
