        Outside ATM is busted. Entrance card reader busted. Unable to enter and/or withdraw cash from my own bank. Now have to walk to a different bank and pay a service fee.

        All the terrible reviews are true. There's always a problem with the outside ATM and often with the lobby ATMs, which you usually can't reach after hours because they turn off the card reader to enter. No wonder they are routinely vandalized. Other than the Greenpoint post office, this is the worst place to have to run an errand in the neighborhood.

        Every interaction Ive had with this bank has been a waste of time. This branch has me considering closing all my Chase accounts and going elsewhere. Horrible customer service, representatives are not knowledgeable, and no one will pick up the phone. Avoid at all costs.
