Great atmosphere.

One of the best intimate places to see live music in the city.

Service wasnt the greatest and the security guards are wack, but I was there for the artist anyway. 5 stars for Darci

When a great jazz band is playing this place is awesome. The drinks are standard for a dive bar and the seating is atrocious but it's all part of Barbes charm.

Great drinks. Friendly bartenders. Varied and fun performances, from music to readings to theater.

Fun venue and decent drink prices. The bathrooms feel like you're at a party.

The place is a bit run down and there weren't enough chairs for everyone, but we still enjoyed the show because it was Gina Yashere's standup comedy.

union pool is a great atmosphere cool vibe, certain days they have a live band and most days they have a DJ playing all genres of music
