A charming local spot - I can't believe I hadn't visited sooner (having lived here for just over a year).
Popped in after dinner just in time to catch an excellent 2 set evening of jazz. First trio began "progressive", though found a lot of cohesion and played a fantastic set as the it went on. Second act was superb all the way through.
Extremely good value at a recommended donation of $12pp. Do be prepared to bring cash (artists may offer a Paypal/Venmo etc., but it's a bit on-the-fly and no guaranteed way to do it otherwise) - fortunately my wife had some!
Warm and friendly host/bar manager (I assume perhaps also the owner?). Reasonably priced selection of drinks, including some great options - in our case, Kona Big Wave on draft, Sazerac Rye, and a solid Cab Franc by the glass.
Will most certainly be returning, and kicking myself that I hadn't spotted this sooner. Ideal for following a meal at Kingfisher, & Sons, or any of the other restaurants in close proximity.

Dedicated staff, excellent performances. Sound people do an excellent job.
