      image [8:50 PM EST - March 28, 2024] --- At this moment, all five elevators serving this *53* story apartment building are down. Only the service elevator is working. People have been waiting 90 or more to get to their apartments. There is a line in the lobby. Management has proven useless, only advising people to "plan accordingly" if they need to leave home. Rent at The Ashland starts at $3,517 a month. Pick literally any other building in downtown and move there instead. Do not live here.

      image Been at Ashland for close to two years now and it's one of the best buildings in the area. The units are beautiful and the amenities are great. But what makes them stand out is their friendly staff and quick turnaround time!
      Highly recommend!
