Upon moving into 44 Berry we discovered that there was a pretty major leak in the ceiling every time it rains. We have calmly submitted countless work orders over the last year and a half but water continues to run down our wall week after week. Most frustratingly, we were recently told by a highly-combative property manager that she had no knowledge of the problem or of any correspondence about the leak. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year. It sound not rain inside of our $4k a month apartment. While the on-site super is lovely and generally very helpful, the project managers at Greystar have been unresponsive and inept. Top that off with a mouse infestation, dryers that don't dry clothes, and the lack of hot water in our kitchen, and it's easy to say 44 Berry is not worth the money. Spend your funds somewhere else.

Love it here! Location is so close to Bedford shops, the L-train and the ferry - best thing is having people come and see the roof - you see the entire city! So gorgeous

My husband and I recently moved to 44 Berry and have been so pleased and impressed with the building and its associated staff. Christopher and "Saint" Cristen, as we have come to call her, have both helped make the transition seamless and we already feel at home. Jhonatan and the maintenance staff are super responsive and keep the building impeccably clean. We're thrilled to have landed in a building with such a terrific support team!
