Lovely yet remote location at the tip of the Coney Island on the Brighton Beach boardwalk. Beautiful views of Staten Island and Sandy Hook. Tough commute though.

How dare you charge so much in rent for the most least desirable run down and garbage filled area. They charge absurd prices only to be living around many low income individuals in that neighborhood. If piles of garbage and people hanging out on benches and in front of the corner store are appealing then by all means please move here. Be my guest. I expected a much more posh and pleasant experience for the price.This management company and building developer, who all had a hand in pricing of this building in a horrific neighborhood disgust me. Please save $3,000 and do not move here. There are New York City housing projects on every block. That is what paying $3,000 gets. The neighborhood does not feel safe. Climate change is real and it is going to sink into the ocean soon enough anyways but that cannot happen fast enough to put this terrible management out of business. To top it off There is nothing but discriminating people at the reception desk. If you are not Their race they will not welcome you. The blond hair front desk receptionist is extremely cold and Unfriendly. Stay away from this one. I am Posting my review to yelp in case its deleted from here.
