My step son passed away in June I traved from Georgia to make the arrangements as soon as you walk in it smelled HORENDOUS as if a body was rotting in there... Needless to say I didn't have a viewing service there. When the office manager saw my concern she lit a insense. Horrible to treat your community like this knowing that some of these folks have no other choice but to go to them. @Ortizfuneral do better...

Worst funeral home my family was locked in there with nobody around in the dark they did not check if anyone else was there so sad

You would think that as long as this place has been in business that they would be up to par on presentation and service. They did a terrible job w my loved one. He didnt look like himself, wasnt shaved properly and the makeup was overdone. One of his cheeks was bigger than the other and he has some kind of rash on his head that we had to put a hat on him. When we asked the attendant, she didnt have an answer for it. There were flys in the room, the front couch designated for family was ripped and worn out. The carpet was stained, and chairs and lamps antiquated. Door handle was missing and the water fountain by the bathroom seemed to be out of order for decades covered w cardboard and tape. We had to bring in our own equipment for a slideshow (what funeral place doesnt have that nowadays??). I think that $6K+ should have bought us a better experience at the least! Never again GOD willing.
