This place should get no star at all. The customer service sucks. If you buy a phone they charge for a registration, but a registration for what?
When you buy a brand new phone from best buy or any other store you don't have to pay for that!
Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! THEY ROB YOU AS MUCH AS THEY CAN

i went to buy a sim card guy refused to give me my same number i had to wait a couple minutes and then he said okay he was going to transfer my number no the new sim with no problem.
then he said it would be activated then i called the company told me that my service was not available because the guy at the dealer store did not fully activate my sim card. called him. twice he disappointed me when he said he was goin to fix it and i fixed it on my own calling customer service

Had my iPhone screen replaced on 10.26 everything seemed fine, every week my screen seemed to become more and more glitchy. Now it is almost completely unresponsive, and has a ghost touch. Called apple support there is not diagnostic issues so it has to be screen. I'll go tomorrow to see if they can assist. If they can ill delete review. The folks were nice and quick with repair but all that is irrelevant if my 1000 dollar phone is not performing at all.

They lied to me that the lg phone I bought there was internationally unlocked but its not. I took it to Africa and its not working and I kept calling them, they refused to pick up.
