Due to Covid-19 the store hours and days of operation are reduced. Too many people coming in with issues and you have to wait outside as there can only be 3 customers in the store at one time. There is only one man working in the store which slows down things and then if you have an issue that needs addressing he seems to try to rush you through to get you out the door quickly. For me, it's the only Cricket store nearest Morris Park. The store they had in Pelham Parkway closed down due to rent issues. The landlord wanted too much rent. But the Parkchester store and the Pelham Parkway store were owned by the same owner. I feel bad they lost the lease on that store. Unfortunately I have to farther to pay my phone bill but this is the only place to go. I'd recommend you pay your bills online if you can. It's also a couple of dollars cheaper when you pay online.
