      image I recently left Allstate as my insurance carrier due to the appalling customer service. It took 13 days to even get a phone call after my car was rear ended, and another 3 weeks to get a settlement to replace my car. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental vehicle, even though the accident was not my fault. Farmers Insurance gave me a rate that saved my over half what I was paying through Allstate. Youre not necessarily in good hands with Allstate.
