If I could give zero star I would! Went on a fast and been waiting for days and days. Requesting doctor also waiting. Called the 800 number to be told my doctor cancelled tests!! My doctor has been awaiting the results - he definately didnt cancel these tests. I will never go to Quest again - my doctor is very disappointed with them

Its embarrassing how poorly run this place is. I had an appointment and Quest advertises you not waiting long with an appointment and I waited almost an hour past my appointment time. Avoid this place at all costs until Quest Corporate can clean house and run this place better.

So rude and terrible service at this loctaion. Patients have to wait for their turn but workers in lab- they cant wait for a minute (even tho im pregnant and was fasting for test) . I forgot my referral and a lady just told me that its so busy and she cant take me back and cant wait because she has to take other patients because they are understaff and i have to reschedule it. I was under a very good impression of syosset location which is super great and friendly and professional but my mistake that i thought people will be same here . Terrible service!!
