Warning: Do not leave any bags unattended not even for a few seconds and be aware of your surroundings while using the ATM. Place your shopping bag(s) between your legs while using the ATM or try to avoid going if you're carrying bag(s). I went to this branch on 3/4/24 at around 12:30 p.m. to make a quick deposit and the machine could not read the bills. I've encountered this problem here before. I tried a couple times and it still wouldn't accept the bills. Someone snatched my bag of groceries 15-30 seconds before I realized my bag was missing. By the time I went to go after the thief he or she was gone. Apparently there are thieves walking in and out of that branch. This branch needs to have security during business hours.

representative was incredibly rude for no reason

Customer service representative is very rude and unexpected behavior shown today. When I asked her I needed to speak with customer service about my account, she didnt want to listen and behaved very rudely with me and she told me to go to the counter. She always looks very anxious.

Go to another branch. This place is mismanaged. - They did not open up my business account properly, it took 3 trips to rectify - The sales person for business loans assured me a call back from correct contacts and I never got a reach out - Any phone appointment I've tried gets flat out ignored even with follow up e-mails for confirmation. What a waste of time!
