Absolute worst service I have experienced by far!!!
For months I have been ignored and on the slim chance I am able to actually speak to someone they are never of any help. I had my card stolen, did the right thing and locked it due to the thief spending my money. I try to get a replacement card and for the last 4 months they have given me countless excuses as to why i can not receive a new card. I even squared things away with unemployment services but they sent me right back to Key and I am absolutely fed up at this point! No one has managed to help me, real or automated and its all over an apartment number! Avoid business with this bank, please save yourself the wasted calls and excuses!!!

I'm really disappointed that New York state is partnering with this pathetic bank to give us UI benefits. Smh absolutely unbelievable.

Anyone who voluntarily puts their money in this bank is crazy!! And if you are getting unemployment on their key card i highly suggest you take it out ASAP!! Set up direct deposit with another bank! Customer service reps our shady! I believe they are giving out peoples information so they can steal your money! One Customer service rep made changes to my account unauthorized, and i never recieved my card it was activated by someone else!! PLEASE BEWARE!! Take your money out keybank!!!!
