Do not go here it is not safe , there is no security guard. a guy wouldnt leave me alone followed me into the atm and had me withdraw money . Please for your safety do not go to this branch. When I called the branch to tell them what happened I was told to call the back of my card . Im going to file the police report now

Well deserved 2+ rating as their service is not good. Im giving 1 star. I tried to deposit my Auto insurance check in my personal account which clearly had endorsement from Garage authority along with my signature (as it was a two party check) but bank manager (a lady dont remember the name) after spending a long conversation denied to take the check .. I have double checked with GEICO and other entity for confirmation multiple times .. but Bank of America took it without any issue.. Chase employees in this branch (located on broadway and 21st St Astoria), as well their manager are not aware of rules and regulations properly. Ill definitely try to do business more with banks having better customer support in the future
