This agent is so bad for ALLSTATE. Horrible service, never returns calls or emails.Filed a complaint with ALLSTATE Corporate and Im also filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I suggest anyone else whos been scammed or lied or has had horrible customer service to do the same.

Absolutely horrible service. Good luck getting anyone in this office to answer the phone or call back. They dont return emails either. Canceled my policy weeks ago for Geico for 45$ a month cheaper. I sent a letter notifying them to cancel this policy. They never canceled it or refunded my money. I left a bunch of messages and emails and get no response. Also there a guy named Ryan on this thread who gave a 5 star review. HE WORKS THERE!!! Some of the other 5 star reviews here are from the dealers at the shady dealership his office is at. If you were unfortunate enough to be insured by this guy, you probably know the dealership.

took me 25 tries to get someone on the phone, then when i finally did the person who picked up the phone threatened me and called me obscene and offensive names. how this place is in business is alarming

DO NOT do business with Nick he is 100% unresponsive and a scam artist. I signed up for new insurance with another company my new insurance agent and I have been trying to contact Nick for over a month to cancel my Allstate policy left multiple voicemails, emailed, my agent even sent snail mail still no response. Oh why not call the 800 number for help? My agent did that too they had him on hold for hours told him to send the LPR to their documents email only to get a response that I have to call to cancel so I did but wait here is the kicker the system recognizes my numbers that are linked to my account so when I call guess where it transfers me to... yup right back to Nick's office. So I had to google another allstate agent in the area and call them directly for assistance and guess what they answered right away and are helping me if you are going with allstate go to Jeffrey J McAuley in Patchogue they are the ones picking up this scam artist's slack.
