Food & drinks: The coffee was good, the food the usual: sweet and cheap things.

The gentleman at the front desk had issues putting in our credit card info in the computer. The room and bathroom was remodeled and clean. The bed was hard for our liking. The noise and disrespectful people slamming doors all night was horrible. A reminder to be respectful to other guests on the doors would be helpful for sure.

- Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. This drives the very low rating I feel this place deserves, although some specific aspects are OK. - When something is not working, and you ask about it, you just get told "it is what it is". - Uneaten perishable breakfast items (e.g. ready-to-eat eggs) are kept in the fridge and offered during the next day's breakfast for days in a row. - Typically, people's cloths are not of concern to me, but when the person at the reception desk wears a baseball cap that looks like it was just used to wipe a puddle, it's just not pleasant. - Elevator did not work. Needed to carry everything to 3rd floor. We got told it during check-in, but not during reservation.

I was checked in by a gentleman by the name of Doug. He was rude, indignant and downright nasty . Definitely not someone you want dealing with customers. I was in a good mood when I walked in the door by the time I had my room I was a bit angry. the more I thought about it the more angry I become. This morning as Im checking out the gentleman who waited on me was pleasant and considered type of person you want working your front desk greeting customers.
