Late night front desk clerk, 5/5 stars. Aside from that service has been really frustrating and exhausting. Between calling to confirm my check in a day before and calling the front desk with a question about late check out- I have only had the front desk pick up the phone once out of easily 10+ attempts. Additionally, when I did speak to someone (not late night staff), they proceeded to tell me I could book my room an extra night but I couldnt pay for a late check out because they are sold out. Between the effort its taken to speak to an employee and then the deception/mixed messaging when you do speak to them, not cool. Ill be going back to Fairfield.

Reasonable price, great location, friendly staff. Everything seemed clean and well cared for. While nothing was overtly fancy, I appreciated the amenities included with the stay. Front desk staff was kind and made me feel welcome. If youre just needing a clean, safe place to rest, this is your stop! Rooms: Clean and practical. Has mini fridge WITH a separate freezer compartment. Come with a small coffee maker and microwave. Sink and vanity area separate from toilet and shower so both can be used at the same time. Simple desk area for working also incorporated into the room. Night stands come with additional outlet options to include USB ports.

The rooms need an update but they're still very nice Oscar in the front is a really nice person to work with and always helps to accommodate you properly the breakfast in the morning are fantastic and there's lots of places to go shopping Rooms: The rooms are a little dark and need to be updated the bedding is definitely in need of an update it's much too old looking and drab
