Don't let the Hilton name trick you. Breakfast is an EXTRA charge & it's a lot older looking than it should be for the price. Between the weird main entrance & the loud road noise the best thing about it was leaving.

My husband and I spent two nights at this location. Our experience was above and beyond what we expected. We were assisted by Linda, a wonderful, friendly and pleasant manager, who greeted us with a warm welcome and their infamous chocolate chip cookies. When we decided to extend our stay, we were assisted by Tammy, who was also very friendly. Our room was located on the fourth floor and had a beautiful view of the mountains. It was clean, cozy and the perfect temperature. The service and food at the restaurant were also superb! Erika and Ray are quite a team. Erikas energy and passion for serving each guest, was impressive. Overall, this location understands the meaning of customer service. We will be back very soon for our next stay!

Shame on you Hilton!! We thought that if we chose a Hilton owned hotel that we would be staying in a nice place. We were definitely wrong. This hotel cost more than most surrounding hotels and it was awful. The rooms were dingy and outdated, the bed sagged almost to the floor (with no one on it) The bathroom was gross and old with cracked tiles, dirty calking and had this tiny sink where you had no room to work with. I felt like I was in an unkept, dirty dorm room. The check in clerk was pretty nice but the check out clerk was really rude. They didnt include breakfast but what ever. We were told that our rooms were each $199 after taxes. I had a gut feeling to ask for a receipt and seen that I was charged 219.08 after taxes. You can definitely find a much nicer place to stay! Follow up: I still think you can find a better value for your money but the manager credited me for the higher rate they charged us for our rooms. I also found (2) $5 charges several days later for waters we drank in the room, she was nice enough to credit for those too. She was very apologetic for her check out girl being so rude. The manager instantly knew exactly who the check out girl was so it might be possible that there have been other complaints on her in the past. All in all I think the manager did the right thing and made me feel a lot better about the establishments business practices.
