Small and very busy!

Stole my debit card. Useless staff gives you a Useless number to call. They said everything eaten by the atm gets shredded.

EDIT since my review the person who responded gave a number to call wich we thought could hopefully shed some light on the matter but after several calls no one answered ... more

I have a loan thru this bank. When I try to call and make a payment, I can never get an answer. As of today, this is the fourth month in a row to have this problem.

Small town bank with wonderful customer service and leadership.

Horrible service. Signed up few years ago with no overdraft protection. I now have $136.61 in overdraft protection. What a bank..."The best in Carlsbad my a**."

Worst service ever have a shared branch with these people from out of state and got the worst service possible
