I feel fortunate to have decided on silicone by Flat Roofing Experts. The roof cleaning and preparation process was extensive and vastly improved drainage. They recently replaced using primer with adding an extra coat of silicone . The results are impressive and the team was fast, clean, and answered all my questions. A great experience.

Outstanding service and professionalism! We sought many quotes on our roof leak. Flat Roofing Experts provided a reasonable cost and were the only company to offer a warranty on both material and labor. Office personnel and scheduler stayed in regular contact with clear communication and follow through. The repair people who worked at our home were on time, polite, courteous, and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company for reliable roof repair services..

Tim was incredibly thorough, and he explained things in much greater detail than any other company I looked into. We opted for a silicone roof replacement, which hadn't even been offered by competing companies. Everyone else we contacted seem to specialize only in TPO, but the quality and endurance of silicone, as well as the price, are far superior, at least for our needs. I felt confident with Tim's expertise and am happy with him and his team. I would recommend Flat Roofing Experts in a heartbeat.

Tim and his crew are outstanding. First off meeting Tim at the evaluation/consult, he is very straightforward and upfront with everything. He gives his opinion and if asked the opposite side of his opinion to the best of his ability. We had to redo our roof, and got a few quotes, Tim was the best of explaining what happened and what they were going to do to fix it. He took his time and answered all our questions. The roof repair process was good. The crew left very few signs/traces they were there, despite a large job and moving parts. We ended up with the Silicone Roof, which works very well in New Mexico. We also had some pigeon netting installed. Overall we are thankful for Tim and his crew. He stands by his work and we are hopeful our roof is good for the next 20 years. Would highly recommend meeting with Tim and getting a quote for his roofing services. You will probably end up picking him.
