Had a TPO roof installed. Ricardo and the crew did an excellent job. On time every morning. Clean job site every evening. Handled any problem encountered professionally and I ended up with an excellent roof. Great crew, great job.

Queston did a complete re-roof for us. Just completed the job today. Total tear off of two previous roofs, then, install of new sloped insulation and 60-mil TPO membrane. Prior to the work, the owner, Russ Steward came out to address all of my questions, including: termination, canale detail, and the request for complete drainage and no bird baths. Russ answered and provided detail on every aspect of the roof. A detailed proposal was furnished, including a roof drainage and insulation plan. Then Ricardo and crew followed through, as scheduled, and exceeded every one of my expectations. I am so, so pleased with the planning, the proposal, the price, and most importantly, the end product. We hired Queston to replace a roof that we had installed by another roofer in 2015. Because we had such poor service and response from the previous roofer, we have been very cautious about providing a review for Queston until we are comfortable that the new roof that Queston put on is leak free. We are happy to say that after 2 good rains our roof IS leak free. Co-owner, Russ Steward, was very helpful and played in our decision to go with Queston. We were pleased with the professionalism of the work crew - they were punctual, deliberate and thorough in their work. Louis answered our questions when we had them. They started and completed within the time frame they proposed. We are hopeful that this will be the last roof we need to buy!
