I happened to stumble upon this company in an odd way but definitely meant to be! My son's roof was is terrible shape with many leaks throughout the house. The owner, Larry, came out in less than 24 hrs and gave us a very affordable estimate on a total roof replacement w/ lifetime warranty. It's holiday season and although very affordable it was going to have to wait until the new year. A bad storm was coming in and Larry called me concerned for our situation. He offered another solution to get the roof repaired until I am ready for the lifetime roof. It was an offer I could not pass and will get us through at least another 3 years. He sent his workers out the very next day to beat the storm! Larry was very informative, professional, caring, and responsive. God sent to my family when we desperately needed help with our roof! I absolutely recommend Over the Top Roofing to anyone looking for solid roof repair or replacement, and at an affordable cost!

I cannot express how impressed I am with Over The Top Roofing!
Larry, the owner, took the time to personally come over and discuss the problems I had been facing with my roof. He could have easily brushed me off, but that's not how this company operates. Over The Top Roofing truly stands by its work, and it was clear from the get-go that they are dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Larry went above and beyond by sending a skilled crew to assess my roof's issues. They quickly identified the problems and proceeded to make the necessary repairs. The level of professionalism and expertise displayed by the team was truly impressive.

Larry and his crew showed up within 10 minutes of requesting a roofer on Angi. They showed up eager to help!
After a downpour, Larry and his foreman got on my roof and repaired the damaged immediately! Over the Top then came back and put in a new roof for me!
I was amazed at how reasonable his estimate was! Also at the professionalism and their commitment to getting me taking care of immediately! Larry understood my concerns and handled a bad situation with ease and confidence! I was at ease after knowing he had it under control and it was getting taken care of!! The review about the monumental real estate LLC.. over the top roofing is leaving this review on this customer because we cannot reply to it due to being locked out of Google and they are trying to fix it this customer signed with us for a roof replacement when the roof was finished he stole tools from our job site he walked out on his bill after talking to CID and the BBB and state inspector turns out he has done this to other companies and they said he was a frequent flyer and when our company tried to collect he threatened the owner and the staff its obvious that this customer was not stable so we had to hire an attorney and were letting the law handle this all the things he said about over the top roofing are not true we take care of our customers 100% we have A rating with the Better Business Bureau so for all our future customers that want an accurate and fair rating please contact the BBB because we are asserted company third family owned and operated we would never treat our customers like this so please dont let this dishonest review stop you from calling over the top roofing & Associates we take care of our customers in New Mexico and surrounding areas thank you and have a good day..
