Edwardo,MA and Raymundo,MA are amazing at what they do! They are fast, efficient, and a great team! They return calls quickly and answer questions with confidence. They follow through on what they say they are going to do in the timeframe they provide. Edwardo gave a 10 minute call back time for Raymundo to answer my concerns and the call was returned if not sooner! As a case manager, they made my day at how efficient they are! Great customer service!!

I wouldnt give this place a star if they bought it from me but have to give them one to post my review. My advice is to find another specialist somewhere else. Its always one thing or the other with these people. Had injection procedure for daily migraines. Shots only worked one week and i was back in pain. Called them to let them know and was told i need to do an in person visit for follow up. After driving 40 miles to my in person follow up i was told it was just a televisit? Had the ablasion done which lasted 2 1/2 months. Made a folllow up appointment which was suppose to be in person was called while driving to my appointment by the doc and was told it was a televisit? Doc said insurance and policy wouldnt allow me to get another ablasion procedure unless they were done 6 months apart? The doc scheduled me for more shots that only worked 1 week again. Called pain management again and scheduled an ablasion with the doc. Day of my appointment i get to the office and was told i would only be getting injections again not the ablasion. So i left pain management without getting anything done. Talked to the doc once again about getting the ablasion and he said thats what they were going to do? The next 2 phone calls with pain management involved me getting terribly frustrated because with both calls i had to argue woth them about what procedure the Doc and i had agreed upon. Final straw with this place was the fact they called me and scheduled another televist before i could have my procedure done? Right???? Nope was told i needed to come in for an in person visit before they would perform my procedure? Inwven explained to management at pain center in roswell that i wrote down the information i was given Dec. 1st @ 11:30am televist dr watkins??? Then the manager of the roswell office told me my insurance was the one requiring me to do an in person visit? I told her i speak to my insurance company weekly as i have a care coordinator? Then she came up with the excuse that their policy was the one requiring me to have an in person follow up. This is the worst service i have ever recieved from any business in the US period. I will never recommend this place to anyone for any reason!! i will be filing a grievence with their coporate office due to their incompetence. Inwould rarher just be in pain instead of having to worry about the stupidiry of the people trying to treat my problems? The only thing this place wants is the money from your pocket and/or insurance companies money. Ps is the inky place i know that requires a UA and/ or a blood draw at EVERY VISIT even if they havent provided you with any meds or you refuse them? Hence another ways to SCREW PEOPLE OVER JUST FOR more $$$$$ At whatever cost to you? Greed at the cost of someones past and future pain. Someone needs to put a lock on the facility doors and close them down if thats how they are going to act.

For years, I was actually impressed with what quality of care I got here until things recently took a turn for the worse. My specialist did not renew his DEA license in time. During that time, no one would call me back to see what other doctor could refill my prescription. I called multiple times begging for help only to be ignored and neglected. I ended up switching to a methadone program because I didn't know where else to turn. You can't just have someone relying on medication for years and expect everything to be fine if they're suddenly unable to get that. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise. The relief I got from this clinic was barely cutting it anymore. Methadone is more efficient. All that being said, this clinic usually does a good job. I have recommended this place to several others. My specialist was one of the only people who seemed to ever believe me about my pain and listen to me about my concerns. I will miss working with him. The office staff were always pleasant and friendly too.

HORRID!!!!!! Front desk staff are beyond rude, procedure done resulted in pain being caused in an area I never had pain before, would not provide an appointment before 2 weeks post procedure before there staff DO NOT understand government contract insurance. Save yourself the headache and pain and find a better provider!
