Very unprofessional. Rude Drs and they had a camera in their bathroom.

I have never been so mad about a medical place in my life! My wife has to go here for her chronic pain problems and the doctor didnt see her until almost two hours after her appointment time and I had to wait in the car low on gas with our two babies while its freezing cold. We have to drive over an hour to get here and it is snowing hard. This place is a joke. And if I could see the doctor I would give him a piece of my mind. A few minutes is understandable even an half hour but a whole hour and 47 mins past the appointment time is absolutely messed up and inexcusable.

Very unprofessional place since merge initiated and occurred from USA Pain Clinic to Quadra. I went through two Physicians without any notice of change nor notice of merging locations and waited several months and 3 hours past required appointment arrival time to see Dr. Pilman for my usual prescription and FMLA paperwork to be treated as if Im wasting his time and FMLA paperwork is no longer accepted there (also no form of notification). Im now being referred back to my primary doctor when my primary referred me to the pain clinic and my FMLA is about to expire. However, now I have to stress out about scheduling an appointment with my primary before my FMLA expires whom I havent seen in three years because my pain meds and procedures were being managed through the clinic physicians. Makes no sense. I think I will be asking my primary for a referral to another pain management clinic. Very rude and unprofessional experience and office environment.

Hassles hassles hassles. Dr yelled at me because the medical assistant told me the wrong info. Been sent home twice and told "go deal with the withdrawals at home because we don't have time to see you". Mostly run like a probation office, if you can't pee in a cup then you won't be seen or given your meds. Miss an appointment by one day, they will send you home without meds for weeks....even if there system never sent out a reminder call. Receptionist said "we have problems with our system, some get the calls, some don't". Well for some of us those things are important reminders. I won't even address the experience I had in the procedure room ugh...which was awful. I'm here because other Dr's aren't accepting disabled pain patients, so I'm stuck. Dont get stuck here, try somewhere else first. This is also just a new name for an older company(USA PAIN CLINIC), same Dr's, medical assistants, just different receptionists. So go look at USA Pain reviews as well to get a well rounded opinion. Update... 10 mins after writing this review I got a reminder call, but it was for another patient named Steven. When I asked why I didn't get a reminder for my appt but I got one from another patient, The receptionist said "reminder calls are a courtesy, we don't have to call you to remind you".
