I have been a customer of Dr. Narin for more than 6 years now, and I don't really have any issues or complaints. The hours they are open are perfect for me.
Yes, sometimes I have a little difficultie getting an appointment at the exact time I want one, but the office staff work diligently to get me an appointment as close to my preferred time and day as possible.
The office staff are as polite and knowledgeable as I could ever want or need.
Whenever I have any questions I can get them answered in the office during my appointment, over the phone any time I call, or through the 'Patient Portal' (any time of the day or night).
Unfortunately, there aren't enough Doctors, and staff, like him and his support staff around these days! That's the only issue I actually have. But, I specifically request, enjoy, and prefer, seeing Dr. Elizabeth. She has a very long (for me) and hard to remember and pronounce last name. I've NEVER found another doctor that is as knowledgeable, caring, hard working, dedicated, friendly, understanding or all around genuinely compassionate as she is! Her smile and kind words never slip or falter . . . because they are equally as genuine as the rest of her and her energy is so welcoming, healing and powerful . . . I NEVER leave her office feeling beat~down, unheard, not listened to, made to feel bad about myself or the help I need, or made to feel tiny, ignorant, insignificant or like I should be grateful that a doctor is willing to even squeeze me into their schedule! Dr. Elizabeth is more than just a daily refreshing breath of air or a kind smile, she's real, empathetic and genuine.

I just started seeing this doctor. The first visit I had noticed the front desk person wasn't good at all about focusing on checking in patients. I arrived early and yet because she was checking out a patient and was having a conversation with her that was more personal then professional she delayed my check in. Then I had to remind her that she hadn't given me back my driver's license ( which was still at the copy machine) . Then I ended up being charged over $300.00 ( I am a cash only patient) the next visit, a month later, cost me $550.00 which i was fine with but, the behavior of thestaff was another matter. I was almost done with my treatment when a MA had stepped in the room I was sitting in for after treatment walked in with a arm blood pressure reader. I was polite when I let her know that I really preferred the wrist one as the arm reader really caused me pain and would raise my blood pressure. She got angry, I could tell by her rolling her eyes and storming out of the room. A couple minutes later another MA person walked in the room and had the wrist blood pressure reader. She was nicer but, stern when instructing me to move my arm up above my chest( message is, not happy with my request) after she took the reading, she said I was finished and could leave. I headed to the front to pay my bill. I was standing there a couple of mintues and saw the one MA who had the most attitude, she opened the door on the side, looked up at me and rolled her eyes again. She dropped some papers on the desk and left. I saw from where I was standing another person in the back. I could tell she was listening to conversation. I said the the receptionist, what had happened and that I think that was wrong for her to treat me that way and I had plans to speak with the doctor on my next appointment. Then the person in the back stands up and gets closer to where we were. She waited a minute and then starts saying they had tried to call me and that I have no voice mail. I said well I do not accept calls that doesn't come up on caller ID. I don't have voice mail because I don't. I said that they use a patient portal for messages and so far, I haven't signed on. She went on raising her voice at me, stating I was required to answer my phone and they must be able to leave me a voice mail. I simply said, I disagree and I will let the doctor know about the events of my visit today. And I left. That was Friday April 14th. Yesterday ( April 22nd) I get a letter from the doctor stating that he had been told I was not kind to his staff on my visit and he would appreciate it if I was nicer to them. I am completely dumb founded as to why he did not find out the details of everything? I like the doctor and thought my treatment went well but, I am over it with his staff. The young inexperienced receptionist who insisted I take a appointment for the following week that was a cancelation that I knew I didn't need because the doctor had told me himself I only needed to see in every three months, the overbearing rude office manager trying to school me about my phone and the very rude MA. I believe the office manager knew I was going to speak with him about what happened and she beat me to it. That's ok, I will take my business somewhere else. I am not going to allow this staff to treat me badly again. I was planning on speaking with him at the next appointment but, after this letter arrived yesterday, I don't think he cares about how his patients are being treated by his staff.
