The dumpster is still in my drive way going on 3 months, Christy stated that they have staffing shortages and it can take up to 2 weeks or longer to pick up the dumpster. They also have hidden fees which Christy will argue with you over. I left a message for her and she did not return my phone call, I emailed her and then she responded. I would recommend going with someone else, other comments state the same with dumpster staying in your driveway longer and hidden fees. Service: Dumpster rental

The customer service over the phone was great. Their people were helpful and seemed kind. My only complaints were the dumpster sitting in my driveway for 3 weeks while waiting to have it picked up, as well as the hidden fees for disposal. I was charged an additional $300 which turned my $350 rental into a $650 rental once everything was said and done. Maybe its my fault for not reading more carefully but don't make the same mistake I did. Service: Yard debris removal

When I rented from this company I was not told about a 30 day rental. I worked with other companies that did not charge by the month. When they delivered I asked them to make sure I could open the door because it was close to the garage. They placed it where the door could not shut. When I called them to remove the dumpster, and address the fine the owner was very rude she did not offer any help for there neglect. Service: Junk removal
