        My trash pick up was supposed to be scheduled today and it hasnt come so i went ahead and called the customer service and spoke to a female representative and explained my issue to her an was trying to see if my trash was gonna get picked up and i had let her know i was a tenant and gave her the name of my landlord and she started being rude and saying she COULD NOT give me no information to know if the trash was gonna come or not and when i asked for a manager she kept saying No what is she gonna tell the manager and that she wasnt gonna transfer me to a manager very very unprofessional
