I was waiting at the window for 20+ minutes till someone came.

Came to pick up my order and had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Also I only order a pizza and lava cakes and they forgot the lava cakes. Terrible

Best food, atmosphere and customer service

Slice parlor is always a great stop for a slice of NY style pizza. They have some daily drink specials and deals on slices that are hard to beat.

Crust and sauce are great. Unfortunately, the "margherita" pizza was really just a cheese pizza with a small sprinkle of basil. It was ok but didn't meet expectations.
