Came to pick up my order and had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Also I only order a pizza and lava cakes and they forgot the lava cakes. Terrible

For commercial Pizza..this restaurant on Montgomery makes the pizza correctly. Always nice employees. Clean restaurant.

I placed an order online on Saturday morning for the next day. I ordered 4 pizzas and the garlic bread bites. I received my confirmation email that my order had been received and would be ready at the time I selected (4:15pm). However, when we got there to pick them up we were told that my order had been voided in the system, they had no explanation as to how or why it was voided, or why I wasn't notified. The cashier then asked did we still want the order? I had 20 people at my house... YES!
The food was good, but after having my order cancelled when I had that many people waiting, and I had placed the order in advance really just makes me not want to order here again.
