Jorge Platas Loan Officer Absolutely amazing customer service skills! This guy went above and beyond to get my loan pushed through when he wasnt even my loan officer who sent me the documents for signing! He is a true asset to this bank and will ask for him personally in the future for any and all transactions!

Mandy was really great at the customer service department she helped me with my card issue and kept checking back in while I was on hold to keep me updated on the process. She made sure it was a fast process to get my issue resolved. Thank you for caring about your customers Mandy!

So upset right now because of the service I just received! Everyone told me Nusenda is a very good business to trust and they keep customers satisfied hahaha well I deposited a check it was for a big amount it's for private home care for a lady I take care of! They are holding my money for 11 day's? I can see maybe 3 to 5 days but 11?!?!!!! That is out of hand now I'm late on my rent late on my car payment can't even do laundry or put gas in my car. I have never had this problem with any bank in my life! I'm so upset and as soon as I can get my money I am taking my money somewhere else!!! Oh and it is also my mother's birthday and I can't even take her out to eat!!!? Thanks allot Nusenda Credit Union I am probably getting evicted and going to lose my car now!!!
