        Absolute worst bank ever teller is rude and the manager Maritza is rude and condescending refused to notarize a paper that she very easily couldve as the next bank we went to had no problems with the document and notarized , the teller also refused to print two pieces of paper . will be switching banks cant believe they treat their members who have been with the them for years the way they do. Not to mention they always give us a hard time depositing a check every single month from the same company weve had for over a year

        After banking with the credit union for many years its sad to say the customer service has gone down the toilet, especially the phone representatives they are rude and impolite
