Ive had to go 2 times to replace my card because it fades each time they charge me a $5 and Ive had the card each time less than a year! I could understand if I lost it and the fee being valid greedy corporation. I was a contacted and nothing was done.

Great customer service provided by Yas, very patient and friendly and was able to complete and correct my account! Every time I use the drive up window, the customer service I receive is outstanding the gentlemen and ladies are so friendly and helpful too! Always go above and beyond!

I want to thank the Branch Manager and employees at First Financial Credit Union at Montano plaza for the assistants they gave me when my car wouldnt start. They attempted to help get my car started when it wouldnt start they helped move my car out of traffic. I also want to thank them for the water they offered us! Your kindness was greatly appreciated! .

The staff at this branch are amazing went in to get a card and add my wife and the service was outstanding great way to show outstanding customer service
