        Great service went into get a new debt card. Anthony helped me a banker. Built product knowledge and brand loyalty around the product was extremely impressed with this gentlemans customer service routine.

        Was lied to about the credit line I was given by the representative working with me. He told me my old bank debt was cleared to be transferred over and instead had me signing off for a $500 line with no transfer. I literally have a printed out 'receipt' showing a $3K transfer to my old credit card I was trying to close out that never actually happened. NEW: I got a FIXED RATE loan/car refinance with them, and with no communication to me about it, found when I tried paying this month that my payments had jumped up by about $60 a month from what the fixed rate payment originally was. No communication from them about this either electronically (I signed up for paperless) or in my offline mailbox. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Wells Fargo treated me better as a client than this CU has, and I wish I'd never signed on with Nusenda for anything.
