Home Security Systems (HSS), Inc. in Albuquerque NM has provided maintenance and monitoring for my home for the past 22 months. My 20+ yr. old system finally died earlier this month. HSS installed a totally new state of the art system, customized to our needs. We absolutely love it. It was priced right, easy to use with lots of flexibility and growth. I elected to stay with HSS because they provide local 24/7/365 monitoring and maintenance. When you call them, you talk to a real person right here in Albuquerque NM. The technicians are also local and highly experienced. I have found everyone in HSS to be Professionals in every respect.

We are very satisfied with the all around experience on our alarm systems. We have them for both our business and our home system. I like that we are able to use our phone to turn on and off the alarm at any time. We have had our dogs trip the sensor 2 times and they are working on fixing that but there response to the alarm being tripped was super fast. They are very friendly, helpful and informative. Thank you guys so much!
