Cameras and everything works but I wish he would have explained the cameras to me better or else I wouldn't have bought them... Cameras only record 30 second clips once it detects motion and won't record another clip for another 30 seconds if you set it up I had to go in and change it or else it would be every 3 minutes. It doesn't record 24/7. So if you need to go back and look at something, unless the cameras caught it and itll only give a 30 second glimpse... Have cars stop in front of my house n it'll only show the car pull up then stops. Imo cameras are useless. Waste of 900 dollars for 3 cameras.

Didn't get what I requested and the bill is way hire than they quoted... ridiculous!

Terrible service my system worked terrible for the beginning . Its not recording all video and customer service pretty much lies because they cant help me because the systems just terrible . At first they blamed my internet company and told me my speed wasnt fast enough so then I really boosted it up and same results . I called back today and I was told the Internet companies change the frequency so the system doesnt work well together so I told them did you send out an alert to let you customer know and he tried to make excuses so sorry Charlie I am shopping for a new company and will never use adt ever again

We sold our condo and I tried to cancel service which I thought was a two year contract but turns out it is three years and even though we sold our condo, they are holding us responsible for the payment.
