        I had this alarm company for several years and had nothing but trouble. The alarm system seemed to be more non-functional than functional. The system on several different occasions would make fake emergency calls to the fire department. On other occasions the system would be off line and nonresponsive. We tried to get the system fixed only to be told I had to pay for an upgraded system. Very frustrating. One time my neighbor that was doing work on my house while I was gone set off my alarm. All Armed Response did was drive by my house and reset my alarm. I got no phone call to tell me what happened. I finally cancelled my account with them and threw away the non-functional system. I have a better alarm company now.
