Culligan Water Conditioning of Sparta, NJ

When my old water softener started failing, I called several places for help. Andy from Culligan of Sparta was the only one who really listened and offered solid advice. I decided to go with them for the new install, and I'm so glad I did. The installation, done by Matt C, was not only professionally handled but also impressed my wife with its appearance. For anyone looking into water solutions, I can't recommend Culligan and Andy enough. They truly went above and beyond, making the whole process smooth and the outcome visually appealing.

Andy Ball was the technician that called us back from Culligan in Sparta. He was wonderful and walked us through the problems that we were having. He stayed on the phone to make sure we got our softener in proper working order. He also supplied information pertaining to future service calls that we knew we would need soon to maintain our softener. Hes very friendly and knowledgeable, and also came highly recommended from neighbors! I would not hesitate to call him again!

I have had my system installed for about three years and I am very happy and satisfied with the results since the water is very hard where I live. The best part of the experience was my salesman Andy who is a very knowledgeable and genuine person. He never fails to return my phone call or answer my text messages till this day.

Installation of RO water filtration system and water softener was completed. Water was tested after installation to confirm RO and softener were working as expected. Andy was very responsive and helpful in answering any question we had. Definitely recommend Culligan of Sparta for any water treatment needs.
