Daniel was awesome! He was friendly and arrives in a timely manner. He took his time to explain what was wrong with my radiators and plumbing. He fixed them all so they didn't leak and put in a new facuet for my sink. Will definitely use again for plumbing! I would recommend to anyone. Do not go by ratings as you not always get what you need. Very poor service. Charged money and did not make what turned out to be a simple fix. Young guy sent. If you call them make sure you as for the senior and not the child. Service: Water heater repair

I contacted this company back in August to replace my tub spout and fix my water temperature. I forget the gentlemans name that came out but he was able to fix the water temperature issue we were having. However, he took the make and model of the tub spout and told me that he would purchase the hardware and return at a later date to install it. I texted and called him multiple times in August and September and was told that he would contact me later. Eventually I got no replies. Its now November and the only reason I remembered to write this review is because the shower has began to leak consistently. The company has great reviews and its the reason I contacted them but Ive had a terrible experience. I expected far better service for a $170 visit. Edit: Dan, you did fix my water temperature issue quickly which we greatly appreciated. And you are correct regarding the water leak, it just reminded me to write this review. My issue is that you did not reply to my multiple texts and never communicated to me that your search for parts was inconclusive. I understand that you are a small and busy company but I was hoping to hear back from you in any capacity to establish my next course of action. Thank you for replying to me on this platform.
