Residence Inn by Marriott Secaucus Meadowlands

The room was a little dirty like stains on the kitchen counter and some partly dirty towels but the staff was really helpful and amazing. The location is also great, in a plaza with many things to do. This place is great for anyone who wants to visit NYC as there is a bus that leads from here to near central Manhattan. The bus is cheap and easily accessible.

Clean hotel, spacious room, very quiet, very friendly staff. Well-stocked breakfast. Very convenient to go to New York, bus 320 4 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants at the foot of the hotel to eat. We will come back for sure!

I usually like Marriotts but this one I wouldnt stay at again . The issues with the room were minor ( bedroom electric didnt work and sitting area tv had no volume ) . It was the woman at the front desk that did it for me . I simply asked that someone take a look at those two issues and she went on a tangent about how if the master switch wasnt on nothing would work. Clearly she wasnt listening to me . I had to once again remind her that ONLY the bedroom didnt work lol . Then she continued to ask if I was hooking up PS4 to the sitting area TV . What ??? Yeah at that point it was becoming a project and I just wanted to get on with my day .The following morning when we were leaving she wanted to know where the room keys were !! What happened to contactless check in and out ?? . Ughhh Ill pass on this property next time .
