Courtyard by Marriott Secaucus Meadowlands

Worst costumer service ever!!! We booked through the Convoy app, when we arrived they said they run out of rooms. We had called previously to let them know about our late arrival, but it didnt matter. Parking lot is horrible! Hotel is overpriced!! Dont waste your money!!

What can I say, except 5 STARS for this place..Parking garage in front, Outback steakhouse next door, and the Friendliest staff around! Mrs. Cheryl and the entire staff made sure that my meeting room was set up perfect, lunch was provided for my 45 attendees, and was Delicious! The General Manager came in this morning, to make sure all our needs were met, and the kitchen staff made sure we had fresh coffee all day long! I'm a professional traveler, and stay at a Marriot 4-5 days a week, all over the country, and I can honestly say that this place is one of my favorites! Pay attention Marriot Corporate...., this place has Mastered Hospitality, and Customer Service.. Highly recommended!!
