        Great location provides timely access to NYC. Lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of parking with the garage next door. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Shantel. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, one of the best I've had.

        The room was beautiful, the hotel was nice. I loved how close it was to American Dream, and not far from New York. However services was terrible. We stayed from March 28-April 1st, and our room was not cleaned not once. We had to call several times to request towels. By the end of our stay the room was filled with used towels, and trash that was never taken out.

        Great value and great location with just a short bus ride into Manhattan. Stephen was incredibly helpful upon check in, and made sure we got what we needed in order to have a comfortable stay. Nearby activities: Nearby Starbucks and Carnegie Diner, bus stop just outside entrance

        Phurbo was our host and she was so helpful and sweet I would 100% return next year again to stay at this wonderful hotel. Very welcoming and comfortable and ssfe. Thank u for a wonderful stay. Stayed on April 4th - 1 night. Barbara was super helpful as well! Walkability: The bus 320 was right across from our hotel! So convenient!
